A2 ghee is made up of A2 milk only, whereas regular ghee is made of both A1 and A2 milk. The major difference between regular milk and A2 milk is that regular milk contains both A1 and A2 (forms of beta-casein), whereas A2 milk may contain only A2 beta-casein.
The ghee obtained from A2 milk is superior in taste, is healthier, and good for digestion. A2 cow ghee is grainy in texture and is made by heating butter on a low flame for a long duration.
